Instructions:
Start off with only 2 liqui-caps on your first two days (1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon). Increase the dosage by 1 liqui-cap after two days until the maximum dosage of 3 liqui-caps per day is reached. From here on take 2 liqui-caps in the morning and 1 liqui-cap in the afternoon. Do not take within 6 hours of sleep.For optimum results Lipo-6 shoul not be taken with meals. Consume at least 30 minutes before a meal. Lipo-6 is best used in cycles.
