How does TRI-Power work? What's in TRI-Power?

Tri-Power improves your muscular power output and increases muscle mass in three ways.

First, a combination of the awesome new creatines, Tri-Creatine Malate, Dicreatine Malate and Micronised Creatine Monohydrate combine with the mineral Phospates in TRI-Power to make phospho-creatine and eventually ATP, the body's primary source 'instant energy' - the type required during intense muscular exercise.


Second, the cell volumising agents L-Glutamine and L-Taurine combine to increase muscular hydration and reduce catabolism.
