Instructions:
Ladybird Digestive Cleanse
Mix 10-15g (2-3 heaped teaspoons) with 200ml of water or juice. Use more or less liquid for a thicker or thinner consistency. Fibre Cleanse can also be added to breakfast cereals, yoghurt and protein shakes. (Best used morning and night)
